Meditation
When we incorporate meditation into our lives, we experience more peace and happiness, which in turn impacts on those around us. This is a happiness that is accessible to us no matter what challenges we are facing in our daily lives. It is the joy of feeling alive, of being in the present moment, connected to nature and the world around us. When we are centred and balanced, our minds become clearer, decision-making becomes easier and we more easily connect with our intuition and creativity. When we meditate we allow our body and mind to relax and heal. "I ask for rest today and quietness unshaken by the world's appearances. I ask for peace and stillness, in the midst of all the turmoil born of clashing dreams. I ask for safety and for happiness." (ACIM).
